Responsibilities & Opportunities

  • Act as the interface between operational entities and Group IT
  • Lead, organize, and implement process management projects within the Order To Cash area, including resource planning, cost & risk monitoring and reporting
  • Further develop and roll out our Sika template in new plants, including:
    • Data migration
    • Functional, integration and user acceptance testing
    • Support cut-over activities
    • Provide Go-Live and hyper-care support
  • Conduct Fit/Gap analyses and take responsibilities of Change Requests – starting with the creation of the change, through clarification with group IT, testing, training of key-users to implementation
  • Define, train, and support CPRs and Key Users
  • Create and maintain sustainable process documentation
  • Establish and support a continuous improvement processes based on KPI‘s
  • Evaluate synergy effects between business units
  • Manage change requests, including creation and training

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in business administration, information technology, or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Order to Cash module (SAP-SD) in the role of Process Owner, Business Analyst or similar
  • Strong understanding of the OTC process: deep knowledge of the end-to-end sales process as well as its implementing and optimizing, preferably in automotive environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a process owner organization, ensuring cross-functional cooperation and projects
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability and willingness to travel in North and South America (20-25%)

Salary range: $95,000-$110,000 + bonus, based on experience and qualifications.
